went Khon Kaen university and the uni is 10x bigger than help!

perhaps 20x bigger!
what a shame! @@

they must have pitied us when they came down to help last year,

to be studying in a small underground shoplots! ==

ppl there were nice and friendly!

we felt so welcomed

but it was really hard to communicate with the thai's

we always dont catch what they were trying to convey and vice versa

anyhow, this wasnt a major prob laa...as a few of them can speak mandarin! =))

this trip was infact simple yet memorable

simple cause we dont have to worry bout accommodation and meals

the only tough part of this trip was our journey there

holy mamaa! i almost died in the bus

we were all dirty, stinky, oily, body aching and also with more pimples!

arghhhhhhhhhhh!

and it was super hard to sleep in the bus

had to brush our teeth at a rest house in thailand.. =)

not bathing for 2 days can resist,

but not brushing teeth for 2 days..............ewwwwwwwwwwwww!

nothing much to talk bout this trip,

it'll be perfect if the trip was extended for at least another day

MAPCU 2011

this year was coached by mr radzi,

a coach who has a family who all play volleyball! ><

few weeks before the tournament,

we had our trainings in UTAR pj (indoor)

which apparently charged us rm80 per hour! @@

friggin' expensive,

but it was way better than having training in college itself =)

the tournament was held in nottingham again this year

it was sunny, no difference from previous years

ah lian who had cramps,

it was the exact same thing that happened to jun giap last year

but ah lian's case was slightly minor than his lol

meng who sprained his ankle,

which happened to saed last year as well

hahahaa so everything was just repetitive

but let us all hope that it wont happen next year! =)

KEPONG OPEN 2010

girls team managed to get the 4th place this time round

this tournament was held in MBSA court section 19

girls - 1st runner up,

which is 2nd out of 3 teams who registered

finish playing in within 2 hours!

guys - 4th placing

anyway, basketball and netball settled for 3rd placing also

netball lost by one point in the semis

wasted!

the tournament started at around 9 in titiwangsa yesterday
we were in the same group as kepong and the organiser's team..
lost to kepong, but won the organiser's team
and manage to get into the quaterfinals
well, luck wasnt on our side
had to play against keysoft team A, and they were pretty good and consistent
practically, it feels as though only one person is playing in that team,
which is that mister who smack krystel on the face!
evil!

EL-NINO=)

had to play under the rain,
all slippery
all wet
all cold

in conclusion,
we just gave rm 300 away
and get nothing in return =="
unless you consider that bottle of 100 plus as a 'gift' from them..
but for that also, we had to begged them to give it to us for free..lol

MAPCU '10

MAPCU 2010 is over ;was held in nottingham this year
guys got 4th, while the girls settled for second place

taylors won the title this year eventhough its only their first appearance ><

just a day before leaving

heard that there'll be an inti-open in may,
mahasiswa in june,
mapcu in july

not so sure about these news,
perhaps we should start preparing for these games
hopefully candice will be able to get her friend to come coach us!

FRIENDLY MATCH WITH UCSI

ucsi asked for a friendly match,
and we managed to send the girl's team there
at first, we were able to send 6 guys there too,
but in the end, only one from HMC turned up =="

but overall, everything was ok
we played fine except for the 2nd set
started at 7.00, ended around 10.00pm

SPORTS CARNIVAL '10

sports carnival was held in 5th college, UM this year
and everything was fine i guess..
as expected, business team grabbed the first place
while law as the 1st runner up..
well, a month before the sports carnival,
some dept came for practices, and that was the period of time when we actually had many ppl attending practices, and it was pretty happening i would say.. =D


only 7 teams participated,
ADP/b.comm registered, but they didnt manage to get a team of 8

volleyball ended at around 12.30 noon, but we waited till almost 4 just to get the medals!!

we went for lunch with her at sushi zanmai, the gardens and sorta had a mini celebration with her! =)

bentong day 3

checked out,
and headed to bentong...
2 hrs journey there..
the whole day we've been eating & eating & eating!! =S
candice was our tour guide there...she brought us from stalls to stalls for food!
and honestly, the food there is pretty good, and cheap!
like how ppl usually say in cantonese, "peng, leng, jeng!" mann!
the whole day eating there only cost us rm20 each!

ohh, we went to the chamang waterfall too...
ermmm, its also called the "qing ren"/couple waterfall..
apparently, last time, those couple who were not being blessed will go there and.............
thank god i didnt know the story before we went! cause its kinda freakyy =S

after dinner, we went to the hot water spring,
apparently its damn famous.....alot of people will go at night worr..
it took us about 20 mins to get there...
i didnt even realize that we've arrived at that place...
along our journey there, no street lamp, no lights at all! no maintenance,
and most importantly, NO PEOPLEEEEEEEEE!!!! freakyyy...
we were the only crowd there..xD

and finally, we left bentong and reach college at around 10.30p.m and tat marks the end of our trip! we were all stuffed with food ^^ but lack of sleep! @_@

anyway, it was a great experience gained,
thanks khoiyit + GPS for bringing us around!
